Would love to see any little 'extras' anybody has found.

I know. I would like to see some too. Other than the press conferences and interviews at TIFF, I know that Tom has done quite a few interviews where he mentions the film and talks a bit about Camille; but these are only brief and he doesn't go into much detail.
