What Did I Miss?

The killers masquerade as agents to get close to and wipe out some witnesses to one of their crimes.

The little girl works out who they are, so they let her go?

Er ... any help with this?

If I got it wrong, please point that out too.

'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings.

Letting her go was a reward for figuring out who they were ,just like Pullmans character said-personally i think he feared his ''girlfriend'' would not fully agree with killing the Little Girl who she started to even like a little bit and reminded her of her own just like she mentioned before

They weren't going to kill any of them. They were finding out what the witnesses saw. But, when the maid found the FBI agents that they killed, they had to kill everyone, so they could get away.

The other poster got it right about the little girl.
