Old guy

I don't know if this is true, but in the scene where the couple are handcuffed and are chasing down the drug dealer, they have to climb over a wall...She notices there's an old guy taking a whizz on the wall and says, "Don't pee on the street mister!"

Doesn't that old guy look like the guy who got vomited on on My Sassy Girl? I think it might be him. They only show his face for 2 seconds.
