Has anyone here read the original novel "69"?

I own it. I haven't read it in several years, but the story of how I got it is kinda funny. A girl I dated a few times bought it for me after coming across it at a book sale. Apparently she was sick of the amount of times I used the expression "69" (probably from all the times I saw the first "Bill And Ted" movie, but that's neither here nor there), telling me "I Saw this book and I thought of you right away". The chapters are all named for various late 60s "institutions" ("Velvet Underground", "Big Brother And The Holding Company", etc.), and the narrative has a good yet mature feel for that era.

I actually am awaiting a region-1 of the film. Any leads on where I might come across this in Canada?
