Eurk!!

I'm almost with you, though I wouldn't go so far as to say it has no soul. It has drama and (an adult) romance. I think the romance gives it some soul, just not enough for me.

The camera work made me uncomfortable, but you can't look away for a second or you'll get confused. On the one hand, it was disorienting and a chore to watch, and on the other, it's very pretty (colours, setting) with good-looking leads (Charlie and Jasmine).

I've seen parts of it, and it obviously does drama very well (like the toilet fight scene), but I get really weary when I watch a show that's all drama and no humor. The Dead Zone makes me smile at least once per hour, but there's nothing funny on this show, not even a dry humor or sarcasm...for that same reason I'm not a Battlestar Galactica fan either.
