Running Time Question

When "Blackpool" played on the BBC, how long was each episode? According to IMDB, the RT of the series is 360 minutes, which breaks down to 60 minutes per ep. Is this correct?

It's going to be playing in the U.S. shortly on BBC America, and I think they're going to play it in one-hour time slots, with the usual 15 minutes of commercials; therefore each ep will be edited down to 45 minutes.

Thanks for the info. If it doesn't hit R1 DVD, I may have to shoot for the R2 release at some point.

its a nuisance, I think they should make all DVDs the same cos there is a DVD that I wud like to buy for a friend for xmas but its region 1 and I dunno if she has a multiregion player! Its a pain
