Sexual content?

Can someone please tell me if there's anything in this that would make it inappropriate/uncomfortable for a moderately puritanical mother and son to watch together? I'd really appreciate it.

I guess it depends on how much your mom would find inappropriate. There are some sex scenes (mostly the talking afterwards) but there is no showing of "naughty bits" One of the characters that keeps popping up is a prostitute, there are many offhand references to paying for "it" The main character, Ripley, gets around, but it's only mentioned, never seen really.
My in-their-fifties conservative parents have no problem with it! I hope that helps.

um...boy howdy is there! i haven't seen the whole thing, but there's one part where david tennant's character has violent, passionate sex with sarah parish's character while singing "please me squeeze me" by slade, so...may want to watch out for that.
