Blackpool on Hulu - Hurray! plus a question...

Hello,
Does anyone know if these are the complete episodes, or the US edit that they showed on BBC America, I think, a few years ago? I know on Netflix when they stream UK shows they tend to show the US edits where certain parts have been cut out to accommodate commercials. Since there are no commercials, I have no idea why they do this.
I have recommended this to a friend and just wanted to be sure.
At least it is available for streaming finally!
