does anyone know the song that was played at the very end?

Mogwai made the entire soundtrack. I guess its them, but not sure... almost sure ;-)

As far as i know, the soundtrack is all made by the icelandic band, Slowblow.

It's called "Dark Horse" (like the movie) with the band Slowblow.
I think it's that song you're looking for.
The one that starts "on the road, to god knows where" right?
The song is on the album called "Slowblow" as well.

Actually, Slowblow is a duo, and director Dagur Kari is half of it. So... he can make music too!
