Has the final wrap been done on this movie or still in production?

Are they all done shooting this movie, or are they still in production? Anyone know? also I'm getting confused, is this the 2nd movie, Peter G. has done on the Tulse Luper Suitcases or the 3rd one now. Anyone seen this movie yet? Just where are these movies being released? Can people in England buy them yet on DVD or no? I'm about to go up a wall trying to find this flick, lol
