Looking for gore...don't bother with this! (SPOILERS)

I bought this movie after reading that it has some great gore effects. There are two average gore scenes and thats it:

one girl cuts her eyelids off
one girl stabs herself in the neck with a pencil
one guy peels his skin off (actually, very creepy and well done)

The first story is tedious (the pencil in the neck is disturbing)
The second story is creepy and watchable (its short)
The third story...who cares
