English subtitles available?

Does anyone know if there is a version of Omagh that has English subtitles for viewers who are hearing impaired or whose first language is not English? If so, where can I get a copy?

I just watched it streaming on Netflix and English subtitles WERE available with this service. I do not know if they are also available on the DVD. Good luck.
