Where filmed?

Altho I have only been there for a couple days, it sure looks like Navan was used for filming some of the town and street scenes. I kept thinking that as I watched the movie, then I saw an acknowledgement or thank you to the town or people of Navan near the end of the credits. Does anyone know for sure if that is the case?

Yes, it was Navan according to the Production Notes on the DVD-ROM.

I too sat watching and thinking that the street looked eerily familiar; I lived near Navan 10 years ago. It added to the total horror.

It was definately filmed in Navan, i live there and remember when it was being filmed.

Theyre hardly gonna film it in Omagh where it happened.........Duh

Hey Im from Navan too, small world, the actual bombing was filmed in Navan some of it waqs filmed in Dublin

Yup twas Navan, it was felt to soon to relive it in Omagh, plus i think there was still alot of damage still to be prepared. I can remember that day vividly:(

There's a website called www.imdb.com that lists the filming locations for movies. might want to check it out!
