interesting movie.

left me alittle confused at the end though, and what does the tagline mean?

am i missing something, cause it all seemed pretty clear cut to me..."Actually, nothing is what it seems".... whats that about?

and why is the cab driver the one going to visit the girl at the end, with mustafas mom there crying, what was the point of that?

what was the point of the break-up scene all the way at the end. and the favorite song? i guess it showed that the wife really did love mustafa but so what, he never found out about it and it was the cab driver who went to visit her grave at the end.---?---

anyway, i also thought the sountrack was exellent! anyone know where i can find it? i don't speak turkish and i can't find any english sites that have it. maybe a turkish mp3 site or something.

The name of final song is "Bir derdim var" and the singer group is "Mor ve otesi". You can find many MP3 sites by writing these names into box of google.

the reason that the cab driver is the only one to go at the end is because he didn't tell mustafa the truth about his wife.. the only reason that she wanted to stop seeing him is because he loved mustafa but he didn't tell mustafa. also the favorite song part is tricky... the song playing on the tape is actually what mustafa put at the beginning so his wife actually knew the song he loved the most and wanted to listen to it. but somehow the cab driver is in love with her and wants to hide the truth from mustafa.

"actually, nothing is what it seems" stands for different actions in the movie depending on the person analyzying it ( me or you...). most end up ignoring events or see things the way they want to even if they drift away from the truth, like his mom living with the "murder" of her son by his younger son, his wife living a life she didn't like going to events that she doesn't enjoy.... but in general everyone can analyze the movie in different ways and in the end the truth is kept hidden from mustafa.. to be more specific consider the fact that mustafa is living a life as if his wife is very happy and his mother doesn't know that mustafa murdered his brother. but the truth is not what it seems and his wife isn't happy as his mother knowing the truth about the murder. but they all ignore these due to their love for mustafa

Thanks Sithlord, I missed the very beginning of the film and the end of it (because of the stupid commercials on tv). Your explanation just put the pieces in place. Thanks.
