Brisco comes off like a complete tool in this DVD. Like someone said before, it looks like he's in character when he's talking. Does he act like this in real life? I find that comment about slapping Bischoff XD worthy, because Brisco is an out of shape old man and, at that time, Bischoff was young, in good shape (watch Starrcade '97; I was surprised at what kinda shape he was in) and an experienced blackbelt. Bischoff would have dropped him in 5 seconds flat.
I also agree that it was a shame that Bischoff couldn't have bought WCW. Yes, he was an ass and yes he wasted millions of dollars for stupid reasons (Big Swoll for $500,000? Are you f'ning kidding me?!), but hell, it would have been better than AOL Time Warner just telling him no and killing off WCW altogether. Perhaps Bischoff would have realized his mistakes (which I think he did) and at least TRY to save WCW. Maybe he could salvage the mess that was made and brought WCW back to some form of glory.
I give Bischoff credit - he always comes off as pretty honest in his interviews. He realizes his dumb mistakes, admits them, but doesn't kiss Vince McMahon's ass, like Brisco. He takes his share of the blame, but also mentions all the BS he had to go through, and also how he had to satisfy investors, etc. I'm not sure what his role is now, but I think Bischoff has a lot more to offer than just being an on-air character. If he's given guidelines, he could probably make some compelling TV.
