Are there porno theaters in Boston?

I know New York has lost a lot of them due to cleaning up Times Square area. When Sullivan was meeting with Costello in the theater it got me thinking. I don't get why they picked that building to discuss Costigan possibly being a cop.

There were at that time. Boston had a Red Light district named The Combat Zone next to Dowtown Crossing. There are no more Porn theaters anywhere, not with the advent of the Internet and home video.
