Here is what I have heard:
Basically, they are doing what they did with the Japanese films "Ju-on" and "Ringu"-remaking them American style with US people and such(The Grudge/The Ring). The original Siren movie in Japanese will probably come here on DVD if the American version does ok. I hate that they are turning it into a US move-.-;. Should just bring over the Japanese one.
I have NEVER played the game, for a year now I have thought about a movie and I thought Sam Raimi will be good because he made The Grudge very well. I hope they will choose a good actress for this movie and hopefully it will be better than Silent Hill.
