Does anybody else things, besides the film being really short, not really neccesar and a bit of cheap the graphics are not really....good? I mean, this is supposed to be an anime movie or something? One who saw some anime movies knows that this kanda sucks...

Comparing it to Anime, however, I can see how you would think it sucks. :D It certainly is no Anime...
It's just Peter Chung's style -- look at his other stuff, such as Aeon Flux and his Animatrix short.
I suppose it's a matter of taste... and that's one of the things I enjoy with animated films. They all have their own look and style. Whether it's 'sub-par' or not is of course your own subjective assessment. Just like some people enjoy the detailed, complex intertwining sound of Beethoven to the "drums 'n guitar" of the White Stripes :)
Hah, you know, I did not know he did one of the Matrix shorts, but now that you mention it I can remember which it was. Cool.
Yeah, I like his style of animation, but to someone else who thinks of Anime as "good" animation and Disney as "bad" animation, this would be closer to the Disney side of things.
The cool part of animation is that even within Anime there are so many different styles... even between all of the Disney movies things change. That is part of why I like animation so much, and partly why I tend to find it more entertaining than live action. :)

REALLY not an anime.
The graphics are probably the worst i've seen in a LONG time.
but the voice was heavenly (riddick's of course) a few good lines.
The mech graphics were better than the people.
Though I think they did alright with his eyes, not good, but alright.
