It looked like the Steinberg family was back at the Krauzenberg estate at the very end. Anyone know if that's truly how it ends?

I didn't get that, but my wife assures me that's where they were at the end. I told her that I didn't think it meant they lived there. To me, it seemed like they were back visiting after the war and showing their children a piece of history.
sharewho knows what happened to all possessions and land owned by jews then signed over to the germans. did the land go back to original owners?
