Soda Can Serial Killer routine

back before this show was official, bits of these cartoons were shown between TV shows, and one was shown that never appeares on "SWS". I'd love to see if this is on YouTube or elsewhere, but cannot remember the comedian's name.

The joke ran like this -- a comedian admitted that he never littered, not because he cared about the environment, but because he was worried that he'd accidentally get his DNA on a crime scene. The hypothetical example he went into involved a tossed away cola can landing by a dead hooker in the park, and the next thing he knows the police are arresting him as a serial killer suspect. Does anyone remember this, too?
