How Starbuck's ship arrived on Earth 1???

I am re-watching BSG for the 5th time now but I still don't have an answer about how the destroyed Starbuck's ship arrived on Earth 1?
I mean in the episode she went down the mega cyclone and exploded there at a very far place than Earth 1, but later when they discover Earth 1 her damaged ship is there as well as her ''old'' body, so how the heck she passed from a point in the universe to another?
I can understand the fact she died and returned as an angel to lead the humans to Earth 1 but why is her exploded ship there?

The OTG (One True God, or whatever godlike aliens) placed the crashed Kara and her Viper on earth, and sent a 'new Kara' back to the fleet.
The old Kara died in the crash. She was dead and stayed dead - she did not resurrect. We saw the new Kara burn her dead body. DNA tests proved it really was the body of Kara Thrace.

We can only assume the new Kara is a construction of the OTG. This OTG must have powers and sciences far beyond ours, and works on a totally different time scale.

Apparently the OTG wanted to achieve:
- mankind acknowledging his existence by providing irrefutable evidence there is more at hand than people could see
- mankind finding Earth I

Why did the OTG do that? We cannot know. He probably has his reasons we probably couldn't understand even if we tried. Much like a researcher and his lab rats.

Apparently the OTG (or whatever aliens) had a special interest in the future of humans or humanoid species. I referred to this as a researcher and his lab rats.

In our modern world we are trying to recreate extinct animals with a breeding process called "back breeding".

Perhaps the OTG did the same. Trying to bring back an extinct humanoid species. With varying degrees of success, because until now his previous attempts only led to species that eventually built their Cylons and destroyed themselves. He examines what is necessary to suppress this tendency to built artificial life and self-destruct, and is trying out specific DNA combinations.

Fun to think about it.

"Act of God", pretty much.

We saw her viper explode in the Maelstrom, didn't see what happened to the pilot though Metatron I believe posted a ways back about how there's a flash of light visible inside the cockpit just before it explodes.

She remembers being at Earth Mk 1, flying a viper, then appears at the Battle of the Nebula in a pristine Viper with supernatural qualities, lightyears away from where she died.

Thus, the copy on Earth Mk 1 was created by the same means that the Nebula Viper was created, apparently along with the pilot.

Apparently, the initial plan was that she'd just be a Head character. In the Battle of the Nebula, you see pilots running past Apollo in his lawyer outfit, he runs to the pilot quarters and there's Starbuck, right there, saying she's going to take them to Earth.

And God did everything so Kara sees she's not the same and understand she has a mission by putting her viper + dead body in front of her then.
I thought the 1st time I watched that perhaps the maelstrom was like black matter meaning a gate that can open to anywhere in the universe and her viper ended her by accident, but it's quite the opposite as it was transported there on purpose.
BTW what I love in this series is that it's like a puzzle and that every single action is linked to the other till the final result: arriving at Earth 2

It got there the same way the jacks and the guitar neck got there.

It was obviously put there.

By whom or what? That is the question, hey?

It's the same question in reverse if you just ask yourself where the 'new' Starbuck and her 'new' Viper come from.

Maybe the same one who created the new Viper and new Starbuck had something to do with putting the other stuff on Earth I.

Note, the 'new' Viper had a signal that lead directly to that other, crashed Viper. So, the two are connected, no?

Also, I don't think she had so much choice in returning as an angel. She was chosen for this. She was lured into the vortex storm by 'something' and killed- purposefully. She was sacrificed so an angel Starbuck could be sent to the Fleet.

So, whatever did all that, put the Viper and the other stuff on Earth I.
