We know almost nothing right now. All that has been confirmed is that a couple of writers have been hired to come up with some ideas. This will be stuck in development hell for a while and I'm glad.
shareI doubt it. After some failed attempts to keep it going such as Caprica, the franchise is as dead as a dodo and I'm glad that it's dead and buried as the entire series had dragged on too much. The only best chance is another reboot which is totally pointless.

I can never quite understand anyone dismissing something based solely on the idea of rebooting or reimagining.
I've been everything from pleasantly surprised to utterly disappointed by remakes, reboots, sequels and reimaginings over the years, and it's impossible to predict which will be which.
In short, give it a *beep* chance...
