has anyone seen this

has anyone seen this film and is it worth seeing

reply

I saw it and no I don't think it's worth seeing.
It's just not funny or very romantic.
The directing and therefore the acting lacks nuance and the comedy lacks timing. At times you almost think that someone is pulling a prank on you. That's how bad it is!

I think you should delete this post dd stanley. I don't believe you've seen it! Tell us what happens in the film if you have?

I can't tell you if the op saw it, but I can tell you the film is being showed in South Korea. Like I said in another thread, it's odd because usually the films are relased 2-6 weeks after they start showing in the US. In this case, the film will be shown 10 months before it is shown in the US.

Kind of odd...

I have seen the film and it's a good film. It's very funny and it's a bit more grown up than Love's other stuff.

The film neg WAS damaged so while the UK decided to wait until the following year, Korea decided to run with it as Love is huge over there.

Interesting to note that when it was released in Korea it beat The Interpreter at the box office by about 30,000.

Is there a lot of R raited scenes in this movie. I want to watch but hate that stuff. Sometimes movies are really good but they mess it up with R rated stuff.

For me, it was bad...Afer seeing it, I though I wasted my time and money....That's it.....Actually, I like LH so I expected this movie a lot. It could make me disappointed.... But it's just my review...
In addition, I'm in South Korea, now

I just saw the movie on DVD. I’m not a huge fan of romantic comedies but The Truth About Love was okay. There were some moments that were stupid and unrealistic. it could've been a lot better, but the storyline was good.
