The name "Le Ventu" for the island is onviously based on l'Ile du Levant, but the accommodation shown and the (shall we say) "mixed" behaviour of the residents seemed more like Cap d'Agde. Since I'm only going on what I've read of these places, does anyone know for sure?

Camping Naturiste Le Ventous is in the Languedoc, but isn't the site seen in the film.
Bit of Googling, and location is found to be Cap d'Agde.
