Dog pound scene

I was deeply disturbed by the Dog pound scene. Seeing all the sad dogs and the pile of dead dogs made me very upset.

Did anyone else find it upsetting. I know it happens all the time in real life...but i found it unnecessary to show that part. The guy relating the story about him working there before the pizza job didn't say anything about how sad the job was.

I think without it there just wouldn't be that much power behind that scene.

It was a moment of grim seriousness and of course had symbolic meaning regarding the fate of ordinary people. It was necessary to the film as another poster suggested but quite harrowing too.

A woman can be any shape she wants.
What about a hexagon?
