How is this movie for VERY little children?

I have a granddaughter, 17 months, and she LOVES "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh"...largely because it was made back in the '70s (I think), and the characters are actually DOING things like climbing trees, riding out a flood, etc., instead of the TALKY stuff they make for children nowadays. She's too little yet to be enthralled by kids' shows that stop the action while the characters talk about some lesson.

Can anyone tell me how this movie compares to "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh", or at least tell me if it's too "talky" for very small kids? I want to get her something for Christmas that she can watch NOW, not when she's three.
