When is it coming out on dvd?

I heard July 3, 2007. At least in the US.

I would look up the title on Amazon. Or, if you can't wait, buy a region free DVD player. Cheap ones only cost like 50 dollars. Then you can play any movie from anywhere in the world. I have one and it was so worth it. Even though I live in the U.S there are still a lot of movies that come out in other countries that are never released here and I love being able to buy movies from anywhere in the world.
