it's a shame

If you watched this movie because of Steven Seagall, you made the wrong choice, because it's some kind of wrong publicity because Steven Seagall does appear maybe five minutes in this movie and maybe talks for a couple of seconds.

It's a shame

we just rented this movie, and we 'watched' not even 30 minutes, because .. it's not a nice movie .. we skipped the whole rest of the movie untill the fight scene with Seagall .. but were very disappointed.
The only positive thing about this movie is the kid playing Sarang, man she's smart & intelligent. I bet she'll be big in the near and far future.

Well, maybe you guys find it weak and feeble, but actually I was really touched by the grief and sorrow of that delightful little girl. She played very well, even when you could rightfully say this was a film cheep playing on emotions (Chinese style).
Still, it had effect on me for the part concerning the little girl. I'm always in pain when little children are hurt. Not really your thing I guess, hard boiled martial arts lovers, but hey, it is as it is.
Actually this was (for me) the only thing that made this film worth watching. Because, yes, it IS a big shame that the name of Seagal is so abused purely for marketing goals, to get this movie sold. The whole thing is one big cliché.
