Just watched it for the 4th time and I still love it!

Ever since I saw this in the theater, I have loved the songs and the story. Okay, so they changed Belles name and added in some stuff about Dickens, but all in all, it is an enjoyable watch. Come on, you can't tell me you don't get a tear in the eye when his Mom and sister show up at the cemetery? And by the way, the best voice in the show goes to his Mom. What an incredible voice! Merry Christmas! Kit

I agree - some of it was just ridiculous, like the Rockettes and what they did with the Spirit of Christmas Yet to Come - but yes, when Ebenezer's mother and sister show up at the cemetery, you can forgive a great deal.

Scrooge's mother is played by Ruthie Henshall, who is a famous stage musical star in the UK.

I saw it for the first time a few days ago when it aired on Hallmark and loved it! The music is great and the best part of the movie. It's such a great family movie.

There have literally been dozens of Scrooge adaptations, and you're crowing because you've seen this for the "first time?" That's because you've been spending your wasted hours drunk and watching Sabrina, the teenage witch. By the way, that show STUNK.
