Missing DVD Bonus Features????

Did anyone else recieve a DVD without the bonus features "Assistant DA Tracey Kibre (Bebe Neuwirth) Profile" and "Final Work of a Law & Order Legend: Profile of Jerry Orbach (Lenny Briscoe)"

Having just gotten this DVD set, it's strange seeing a different pair of extras on that cap http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/graphics/news3/LaO-TrialByJury_Menu2.jpg. The summary on the back of my cover-case also advertises those, but the small "Includes Bonus Features" list of extras below it only points out the SVU Crossover ep, deleted scenes, and the "Different Look" featurette. On my Disc 1, all that's in the Bonus Features are the deleted scenes for the first four eps and the "Different Look" featurette, no extras on Disc 2 while the only extra on Disc 3 is of course the SVU crossover.
