Kristen Stewart's character added humour.

I loved her character. She made me laugh especially about the whole Walter thing :) bahaha.
Anyone agree?
And I will admit she did NOT look 14/15. She looks no joke the same as when Twilight started filming.
I love Kristen regardless, but this was a great movie with her in it!

I agree completely ...
Kristen stole every scene she was in, I laughed during all her scenes. She was very good in this movie, and your right, she did look a lot older

She speaks clearly
He speaks loudly
I speak only clearly loudly

Her character lay in bed, got frozen, woke up and realised suspiciously quickly what was going on, and made googly eyes at a total stranger. The only positive thing she did was push a piano onto an alien.

You laughed during ALL her scenes? Like, when she was lying in bed listening to music? Or blow-drying her hair?

bleh.

reply

I don't understand the appeal either.

Her character added nothing to this film. They could have easily made it with her staying frozen through the entire game.

The only part that was funny was when she said "I wanted to..."

Kristen Stewart was HILARIOUS in this movie. She was smart and funny. Love her line..."LISA IS UPSTAIRS!!!"

Too bad more people don't know about her role in Zathura and how good it is.

reply

Her role was about as good in Zathura as it was in Twilight... i.e. she could be replaced by a broom and no one would notice. Jonah bobo was a thousand times better and he was only 8!

reply

Sorry but I completely disagree with you. Joanah ruined this film for me by constantly yelling at the top of his lungs and whining every other second.

reply

The movie wasn't all that. It was a good passtime, but that's about it.

For Kirsten: I don't get all the love. She wasn't great, rather overacting every scene she was in, even when she was asleep. I did like the piano scene, but it was the only thing I liked about her. To me, by the way, age doesn't matter. I am not a pervert and I like 'real' girls, not actresses (since we see NEVER the person they really are) and usually the lookers are bitches too.

She was brilliant in this, sadly the character was treated awfully, being frozen for literally half the film and then just pushing a piano and freaking out about stuff. She can do so better, but it's quite amazing that she does that good, even with a really badly written character like that.

I don't like Kristen Stewart but I did l like her in this movie!
