The explosion, where did it...
... come from? There is the scene where VH is fighting the dead Beefeaters, then he and Carl are climbing up the path and there`s an explosion. Apparently, nothing caused it. What did I miss?
shareIt was caused when Carl's holy-water pistol fell into the fire. I don't know what caused the water to explode, but it happened when Carl dropped that pistol.
