she didn't have to kill him


she could have easily grabbed the gun from him. she took most of the bullets out and he was already weak and lost most of his strength. there were so many ways she could have gotten the gun from him without having to kill him

He was going to die anyway
she also could have been scared and didnt know what to do

He might have BITTEN her and passed the rabies on. He could've had a wave of strength if she got near her and bitten her.

Yeah, it was kind of a wimpy move for her as a character. Obviously it was the very dramatic route to take, but I don't think it worked very well in serving her.

I thought this at first..."why did she do it?" And then I realized that while she could have stopped him, I think she knew he was not going to make it through this and he had suffered so much already...and was set to suffer even more. I think it was a mercy killing. She killed the greatest love she could ever hope to have...out of love and selflessness. I think that's why she screamed in pain after doing it. :-(
