Her accent sounded so fake, and even after Janie got older she was still trying to sound, smile, and look coquettish and it just wasn't working. I found her wholly unbelievable as the Zora's Janie. She acted like a bimbo throughout most of the film.

Its not her version of Catwoman, its John Brancato and Michael Ferris' version. She was following the script, which was a very odd and literal cat version of Spider-Man.
