i just finished watching this and the nipple cutting scene doesn't actually show any cutting, or the nipple being put into the girl's mouth, or into chaos' mouth,
you can tell what he's doing, but it just cuts to his mouth being bloody,
did i watch a cut copy?

Absolutely. In the uncut version the slicing off of the nipple is completely on-screen, Chaos then chews on it for a brief time before forcing it into her mouth and attempts to make her swallow it (making her throw up).
