Question Regarding Software

I had trouble getting past Case 1 but finally got there in the end. And in the bonus stuff, there is a few pictures of behind the scenes and stuff and i was wondering what software was used to make the objects and animation in the game... it looks like an early version of Cinema 4D by Maxon. Can anyone please tell me what it is, as it will be a great help.
