Well...I decided to cheat and i got a walkthrough of the first case off the internet.. so yeh - i followed it all exactly but when i get to the bit near the end where you compare the kamowa's (or whatever it is) fingerprint to Leslies and it matches. But when i go to interrogate her the question of did u ruin ace's bike doesn't appear
does anyone else have this problem?

I don't know if I'm posting to late. But in case someone reads here, try to examine the ramp at the crime scene. That worked for me.
