Dead(?) Woman on Ferry

Just watched Aaltra, thought it was great! Not everyones cup of tea for sure, but I enjoyed it very much. There was one scene though I didn't really understand. When they're on the ferry, at night there's this naked woman looking quite dead. What was that about? WAS she dead or... I dont't know, whatever. Don't know how to interpret that one! Could someone please (try to) explain. Thanks very much!

I paused it a long time on that shot - it was a painting or a photo for sure.

AAAAAAH... erm... okay... Really??
Have to watch it again, I guess. ;-)But I don't own the DVD (yet), so I have to wait, sh!t.
If it really is a painting or a photo it would at least make more sense!
Thanks for your reply.

In the credits she is listed as La mort mysterieuze, or the mysterious dead [person]. She's dead, dude. Why, who, what....Lord only knows.

"Dude, it's Lord Goblin King, not Lord Go Blinking!"
