Did they have a child?
Who was the child at the end of the film that the five main characters all gazed upon? Was this a child that Sue had after D.J. passed away?

The child was the kid Bhagat Singh.
Heheh, yea I think at some point the guy the kid is with calls out his name: "Bhagat!"
Also, if you look around on that scene, you will notice that it is the same place that the gang used to hang out at with Ajay and watch the airplanes take off. It does not appear as old in the last few shots, and I believe the grass is a little taller in places where it was bare. This is a ploy demonstrating how history repeats itself.
It would be an, um, interesting plot twist if it were Sue's kid... but no.
