How come this movie is not in imdb Top 250? It has high rating and high number of votes. In the top 250 there are number of movies which has less rating and less votes than Rang De Basanti but are still at Top 250. How come? Who updates the Top 250 List?

omg..jus watched this film now..its so brilliant..wish i watched it in cinema last yr..i should have watched this movie ages back..one word..superb!
