I find the Black stereotypes in media hillarious yet wrong

Its hillarious and yet at the same time discouraging that African-Americans have for the most part (because some have actually waken up and realised this) subjected themselves to living the horrendous, comedic stereotypes American society has plastered onto them.

To clarify I'm not a racist, infact i have black and asian friends, but it seems that nearly two thirds of all the television and movies in America portray African Americans in the same tasteless, unintellectual, sleazy way, along with the "media segreggation" that seperates many films into the categories of "White people" and "Black People" films.

This film is a clear example of a tasteless film geared towards an African American or teenage suburban demographic that portrays African Americans as "Ghetto Boyz" with an IQ of 90-100 who only know how to dance, play basketball or the various other activities African Americans are often portrayed to enjoy in the media.

I would really like it if someday people would stop segreggating themselves and others based on race, and if everyone would finally just view a person as a human being instead of focusing so much on their race.

I deeply encourage movies with prominent Black characters that succeed in having the audience see past the races of the characters and instead have them focus on the characters for who they are as a person in the film.
