They shaved Rudo's pubic hair to emasculate him. Remember that Baton is telling him that at least "it" will look bigger.
Cursi got it worse because he didn't fight back like Rudo did. I'm sure you noticed that he was on his knees as if he was to be forced to give oral.
Come on...Cursi got no more than we saw, it's an initiation all the players go through and, as always, the rumours about it will be greatly exaggerated. Rudo got the worst (a shaved scrotum) because of his reaction.

Nothing happened to Cursi. The players were just hazing him and put their penises in his mouth or next to his lips for jest. They would not have forced their penises all the way into his mouth for fellatio or would have not ejaculated on his face. That would have been way too homosexual, he could have bitten, and would not have been a good idea to have a new team member wanting to kill them. What would have been the reason for it anyway? Most players are not gay; if they are, they hide their homoerotic feelings or homosexual affairs. Besides, it makes no sense to force a new player to give them fellatio when there are women lined up around the block who would fight to get to have sex with them.
Rudo got his pubic hair shaven because he resisted the hazing. He was terrified, afraid he could get castrated but all he got was a shave.
Apparently none of you have ever been hazed before. Cursi's teammates urinated on him. Rudo got a shave and Cursi got pissed on.

Guys, I think it's an act of wishful thinking to really believe they were just "peeing" on him. From what I've heard of intense hazing (and duh, the forced homosexual activity is intended as a humiliating power-dynamic, not as a gratifying sexual act), I'm thinking we got a cut just before the circle-jerk began in earnest.
Rudo got off easier because he *did* fight back, and thus there was the aforementioned threat of him just chomping down on those wangs. Cursi did not fight back, and thus was 'worthy' of more serious hazing.
Hyper-masculine hazing is a very, very bizarre thing.
they didnt wank themselves nor pissed over Cursi. they mentioned something about sticking penises into the new player's mouths (cant quite remember now) but I hardly believe that even that would happen. they were just teasing him to see his reaction.
it just felt like they were still in middle school where those behaviours were stupidly fun and common. however they were already grown men, I dont see where was the fun in it
