Medical credibility = suspension of disbelief (spoilers)
I liked this movie, but I found that at some points, a little TOO much suspension of disbelief was required. No, I'm not talking about the scene where she leaps off the roof of the hospital-*twice*-but do the filmmakers not understand that bleeding at three months is a *VERY* bad sign and that this poor girl should have been forced into bedrest for the rest of the pregnancy?
As I've said, I liked this movie, but some of the bleeding moments (particularly the elevator scene) are more than ludicrous!
I think, therefore I am a grapefruit.
