one jump ending question

IF YOU SAW THE TWO JUMP ENDING PLEASE DON'T COMMENT, THERE ARE ALREADY BOARDS FILLED WITH THOSE ANSWERS

i know this has been asked but not answered properly. I saw the one jump ending where she jumped and then is shown in her bed completely healthy, holing her child and seeming to not recognize the childs father. Can anyone explain this ending to me please? And only this one, i didn't see the other version so i don't care about that one.
