It really chaps my butt when someone makes false Accusations about someone else. I am inclined to believe that the guy who wrote the Derogatory comment about Jack O Lantern has some sort of alterior motive. I am a huge Evil ernie fan and if Brian Pulido likes this film that is good enough for me, if he did not I would think he would have said something about it. Anyhow I liked it too, and for those of you who do not...Sorry, you need to stick to mainstream films because you are a thorn in the side of the indie community.

I am an indie filmmaker, and if anything I ever made came out like this, well...I'd probably commit seppukku(sic). Pretty banal. Prety bad. On par with my number one pick for worst movie ever made, Dark Harvest.

I take it you're someone who is involved in the making of the movie...I've only made this accusation to a poster once before and I was right. There's nothing wrong with showing up to support a movie and making a good post about it if you're responsible for it in some way, but let people say what they will about it. That's the most difficult part about being creative. At some point, it's going to get out of your hands...just let it go.

Good lord!! Just rented this debacle last night... I want my $3.25 back!! This was possibly the worst movie I've ever seen. Everything the revewer wrote was absolutely right on teh mark. Bad acting, bad writing, no story whatsover... and what the heck were the first ten minutes all about??? I treid to explain it all to myself in a few different ways... nope, it was just a mess.

And yeah... MONTHS to design a pumpkin head and some cheesy devil mask fromt he local toy store?? Apparently anyone with a video camera and some white contact lenes can make a movie these days.

And really, anyone thinking about renting this for the kitsch value... there is NONE. There is no value to this movie at all. My buddy and I ultimately were just hoping someone would take their clothes off just so we'd have something interesting to watch... And I mean anyone... the boys, the girls, the horrible acting preacher man, Aunt Agatha... anyone!!

DO NOT RENT THIS MOVIE... you will never get that hour and a half of your life back!!

I agree. I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting $5.00 off the clearance rack at our movie store. I like to give movies a shot, but this is pure CRAP!

I will be donating this dvd to the trash asap! This is pure crap and I wasted $5.00 on it!

Let's start a class action lawsuit to get repaid for misleading us that this movie might be good.

It reminds me of the Paragon flicks of the 80's that were crap too!

AGAIN, DON'T WASTE ANY OF YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!! It truly is that bad.

thank god someone that agress with me,, i love Jack O'Lantern and i hope they make a sequel, it was great, yeah i didn't quite get how the spirit manifested itself while Jack was asleep, but that's it,, the music was cool, the scenery pretty good,, scary yes,, hell of a ride,, i with you.........

i agree, too many people wanna slam this movie, so what if it's not mainstream,, i liked it.
