Sabotaged Game

I Love this game so very much, however, I have torn feelings. See, I have bought the game three times, I have done this because it always quit working while I was in the middle. Back in the day I read about the problem that the PS2s had with Blue discs. I have since bought a new system and I bought a new copy of ICO. After that, I finally made it all the way through the game but when I went to start over, The intro would play and then.........nothing, the game quit working AGAIN! I can't find anyone else on the internet with this problem but it has happened to me too many times to just be coencadence, and it hasn't happened with hany other games.

Has this REALLY not happened to anyone else?

it's not the disks, it's the ps2. you can buy as many ICOs as you want, they are all going to fail until you either get a PS3 with backwards compatibility, or find an old ps2 that it'll actually work on. personally, never had a problem with my ps2 and blue disks.
