You can't save the last part of the game!!

When you finally open the gate, and ico fell, and he's trying to reach the castle again up to the last boss fight, you can't save the game. Because at the last fight i died and by mistake at the "Do You Want To Continue?" i pressed NOOO and I'm back again at THE GATE....but i replayed it coz i knew all the tricks so it took me around 15 min to get back. NEVER GIVE UP
