Not enough humor

As biopics go, I had more fun watching Raging Bull than this movie. The problem with this movie is the same problem with the HBO Walter Winchell biopic: they treated their subjects as heroic. They were just common people trying to make a buck.

There is no "off" position on the genius switch.
