'continuity' remark

Continuity: When the escape hole is begun, it's dug into the wall so that one would have to step up into it, and put one's legs down coming out of it. Later on, the bottom of the hole is at floor level, requiring one only to straighten up when coming out of it.

This was not a mistake! Actually, when I was watching this movie last night on SyFy, and they started digging the tunnel, I was wondering where were they putting all the dirt they had to be bringing out of that hole? The answer was never shown, but when I read that "mistake" above, I realized; that is what they did; they spread all the dirt coming out of the hole onto the floor of the dungeon; brilliant! So of course the floor would get a little bit higher every day. Just felt the need to point that out since I didn't see anyone else catch it.
