Prague???
Why go all the way to Prague to film this movie?
It takes place in NJ not Europe. Closer to go to Toronto. Probably cheaper too.
No it isn't. That's the point - Canada was the cheap option back in the early 90's when tv shows and smaller budget movies moved pretty exclusevly there. But because of this, and the Canadians realizing an opportunity to make money on American film shoots, the prizes started to rise pretty fast. That's why even X-Files returned to USA at one point, if I'm not mistaken.
